At Sutter Express Care, most health plans are accepted The price for most visits is a flat fee of $63. Sutter Express Care accepts cash and major credit cards (MasterCard and Visa).
You do not need to have health insurance to use Sutter Express Care, but if you are a member of one of the following accepted health plans (see below), the price you pay may be less than the flat fee.

PPO Plans: If you have one of the PPO plans listed below, your co-payment at Sutter Express Care will be the same as a visit to your doctor’s office.
HMO Plans: If you have one of the HMO plans listed below AND your primary care physician is part of Sutter Medical Group, Sutter West Medical Group, or Sutter Independent Physicians, your co-payment at Sutter Express Care will be the same as a visit to your doctor’s office.
Point of Service Plans: Your co-payment at Sutter Express Care may be the same as a visit to your doctor’s office if you have one of the indicated Point of Service Plans listed below.
Medicare: If you are a Medicare beneficiary, the full cost of your care is covered for most services. Please check with the nurse practitioner for screening services which are not covered.
Medicare Private Fee for Service Plan: If you have one of the Medicare Private Fee for Service plans listed below, your co-payment at Sutter Express Care will be the same as a visit to your doctor’s office.
MediCal: Sutter Express Care is not a contracted provider for MediCal. If you’d like to pay with cash, the price for most visits is a flat fee of $59.
Fiancial Assistance: Sutter Express Care has adopted the Sutter Medical Foundation's financial assistance program. If you think you are eligible for financial assistance, please ask the nurse practitioner for an application. Initial visit fees will be waived while your application is being processed. Future visits will be discounted per if your application is approved.
