Common Questions
Who is eligible?
Anyone 18 years of age or older.
How much does the program cost?
We offer two options:
(1) Pay as you go – $65 for the first visit, and $45 for the second and third visits for a total of $155. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted.
(2) Complete package – Prepay $125 for all three visits and save $30.
Note: Some health plans and/or employers may cover the cost of stop smoking programs or offer financial support. Contact your individual insurance plan or employer directly to learn if you’re covered. Sutter Express Care will provide you with documentation you may use to
submit a claim, but will not bill your plan directly.
