What is a “menu plan?”
The Lindora menu plan recommends a variety of healthy food options for you to choose from. You will find many of your favorites like chicken, fish, fruits and vegetables and lean dairy selections. You will be able to select the items that you enjoy and plan your meals accordingly. We also have sample menus and recipe ideas to provide you with new and creative options.
